Cross-fit training
I have been bodybuilding for exactly 11 months now! But I thought I try something new, so I asked a cross-fit buddy to train together… HOLYYYY CRAP!
I whined so much like a b**** today! Definitely had the motivation to go through the pain, but my body fatigued much sooner than I imagined ;(
Definitely on my bucket-list to try it again!

My dinner: Cajun shrimp and herb chicken breast.
Tip: Try grilling your meals rather frying.
